Adriana graduated from the University of Sydney with a first class honours degree in Physiotherapy. Her honours thesis and research titled "Bilateral associations of low-level unilateral performance: An unremarked aspect of limb control" has been published in the Journal of Motor Behavior.
Adriana’s passion and interests involve holistic care of both the recreational and elite athlete; varying her focus to incorporate injury prevention, general conditioning and acute and long term rehabilitation post injury.
Her clinical experience has largely been gained through work with Sydney’s AFL community, engaging in sports coverage and implementing injury prevention programs with teams such as the UTS Bats and for the NSW/ACT AFL Talent Player Program.
A regular participation in courses and lectures for practicing physiotherapists, allows Adriana to utilize current evidence based treatments to ensure the most effective treatments are delivered to patients.
