Kara Martin - Massage & Kinesiology Therapist

Kara Martin comes to the Sydney SportsMed clinic with the experience from over 5 years in her own private practice with a range of private and corporate clients.

She holds Diplomas of Remedial Massage, Corporate Stress Therapies, Certificate of Hahana stone massage and Level 1 PKP Kinesiology.

Kara customizes her massage for each clients needs and uses a range of techniques from Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Acupressure, Trigger Point, active release, hot stone and Swedish.

Kara utilizes her massage skill in the corporate environment, to help her clients to relax and function more effectively at work.

Kara bring her own style of remedial hot stone massage to the clinic to help all clients that find it difficult and painful to experience deep tissue massage. Utilizing heat and endorphins to assisting the body to relax and recover from injury.

Kara's main focus is to assist her clients bodies' innate ability to heal and
enable her clients to become self aware and proactive in their healing.
